Stewarts Hospital Grounds Department

Stewarts Hospital is a centre for people with an intellectual disability which provideeducation, training and other services for their clients. The grounds of the hospital are ideally located in terms of wildlife potential as they have extensive grounds with mature trees. The property is adjacent to the River Liffey and the Phoenix Park. The group has decided to focus on three different habitats within the grounds: a seating ‘tranquility’ area, a grassland and woodland area and a residential house with plans for a butterfly/wildlife garden.
